THE "Lavender Fields Tent" OR " Gazebo" AREAS AT PLF

Lavender Fields Tent

•  EVENTS (Maximum 50 guests) Rental fee is $100 for the first hour and $75.00 per additional hour. The Paradise Lavender Farm rental tent is an intimate, charming, and rustic venue located next to a lavender field and gift shop which is open to the public. • The Paradise Lavender Farm will remain open during normal business hours. **

• Rental time must include the time needed for you to set up for your event and clean up after your event. Set up is to be no more than 2 hours before your event and you must include the timeframe on your rental agreement to ensure there is staff available to open or close the venue for your event, no later than 9 PM due to township code.

• All rentals require a deposit of $200 to hold your date and will be refunded after the event, provided the area is left "as found" and there has not been any damage. Cancellations must be made 7 days before the rental date to receive a refund of the deposit. Rental payment is due the day of  your event, payable by check, cash, or credit card.

• Renters & Vendors are required to list the Paradise Lavender Farm, LLC on a certificate of liability.

•Garbage must be taken with you to avoid extra fees.

•Rental time may not be changed without prior approval from PLF and clean-up must be done by the contracted rental end time, if not an extra fee may be charged.


•Entry to the Enchanted Fairy Forest. All attendees will get their hand stamped, for one trip through the forest. Attendees may only enter the forest during the scheduled time of the event.

• Includes use of 7- 3’ x 6’ tables, 2- 3’ x 9” tables  and 50 chairs, and use a vintage ice box stand

• A lovely lavender-inspired portable bathroom, one electric strip in the tent area, and a hand pump water well for non-drinkable water.

•A designated field area for rental parking- parking next to the split rail is reserved for customer parking.


Available to rent:

• White stretch Chair covers with or without lavender bow sashes

and vintage table coverings are available to rent with advanced notice. Chair covers are $6 each or with a lavender bow  $8 each, and Vintage Tableclothes are $5 each.

·         Table and chair set up with coverings $100

·         Teacups with plates are available to rent- 12 for $20, our staff will remove them after your event and to be washed. Teacups are varied antique floral designs.

• An email or postal mail confirmation will be sent with a copy of the rental agreement to you after the deposit is received.

The Gazebo

Reserve the gazebo for a special occasion, proposal, girls' day, anniversary, or just because!
Rental includes:
An hour-long tea party set up in the gazebo for up to 6 guests. Each guest will get a choice of lemonade or tea, and sweet treats served on a tiered platter. Table set with vintage table cloth and teaware. Each guest will get one entry to the Enchanted Forest.

Reservations and full payment are required to hold your date.
Cost: $45 for the first 2 people, $15 for each additional person up to a total of 6 people. Payment may be made by check or credit card before your event once your reservation is made by calling 570-269-8206 or sending an email to
We require 72 hours'' notice of cancellation for a full refund. In the event of extreme weather conditions, you will be given the option to reschedule your event or receive a refund.
